Constructed of virgin grade fluoropolymer with a series 300 stainless steel wire braid reinforcement. Also available with a silicone or rubber jacket and configured as a Flare-Through hose assembly.
Made of virgin grade FEP fluoropolymer, APFRC is overbraided with a tightly-woven fabric and double spiral steel wire to dramatically enhance its pressure-carrying capability. Its extremely smooth core offers excellent chemical resistance and is made with ingredients that meet USP Class VI standards. An outer jacket of EPDM rubber provides enhanced durability and seals the hose against dirt, chemicals, or other external damage.
APFRC is now also available in a more flexible version. APFRC-W-FLX offers the same physical properties as the original version, however, a noticeable difference is seen in larger I.D. sizes in tight-fitting applications where added flexibility is required.

The butyl rubber core offers excellent purity that is suitable for all types of food applications including potable water, alcoholic liquids (under 92% concentration), beer, non-alcoholic beverages, juices, oily and fatty foods, milk, and dairy products.
APBWF Food Hose complies with FDA standards for use with food contact surfaces and meets all requirements for 3A.
